September 2025 2-D Featured Artist Stacey Ann Roush

Stacey Roush is not your typical Florida artist.  Though she often chooses tropical themes and backgrounds, her point of view is quite unique.  She looks at the world with joy and vibrance and bold colors, and translates that view into her work.

Stacey’s father was an artist and an art teacher, so she has always been surrounded and influenced - not only by her father - but by the artists and culture that they shared.  By high school, Stacey found her own creative expression.  After college, and some not-artsy jobs, Stacey uprooted herself and moved to Bolivia.  There she embraced the warmth, the pace, the tropical vibe, and the bold Latin culture – and her unique style grew and flourished.

Since returning to Florida in 2019, Stacey is painting with bold, vibrant, sunkissed colors.  She approaches each canvas like a puzzle, taking her idea through stages and layers until her artistic soul is happy.   Come visit her at the gallery – one look and you will understand!
