September 2021 2-D Featured Artist Christopher Tuscan

Christopher Tuscan’s family moved to Cape Coral in 1968, he graduated from Cypress Lake High School, Edison Community College and Ringling School of Art and Design in Sarasota, before moving to Chicago to work in advertising. 

He calls his works “Visions of Landscapes” and has shown his work in numerous galleries since 1990 including locales such as Chicago, Indiana, Missouri, Alabama and Florida. “In the steps of the Masters, van Gogh, Monet, Hopper and many others, I try to explore my subject while I paint my vision of the scene that I have selected,” said Christopher.

Be pulling his audience into the dimensions of the canvas, he endeavors to create a unique approach to looking at nature. He especially wants others to experience the color and excitement of nature that surrounds us or take the viewer back to a memory that they would like to relive. His success has been supported by the many awards he has won
