July 2025 3-D Featured Artist Barbara Broderick

Artist Barbara Broderick is originally from Chicago and raised her family there. Always a creative spirit, her fascination with glass art and the reflection of the beautiful colors led her to working with stained glass.  Her family moved to Cape Coral in 2019, and Barbara jumped into the art community.  While she LOVES working on traditional two dimensional stained glass, she began to challenge herself with how it could be given a modern twist – and her combination stained glass/resin products were born!  Now she is primarily focused on using stained glass in 3 dimensional ways, with a focus on small occasional tables and wine racks – beautiful, unique and functional!   Recently, in addition to the combination glass/resin products, Barbara has been exploring resin-only products such as candles and coasters with a beachy vibe.    Her latest passion is driftwood art, which will be featured, along with her tables, at the gallery in July.
