July 2018 2D Featured Artist Cathy Strapp

Cathy has enjoyed drawing and painting throughout her life. Growing up in the country gave me a great appreciation for nature and have always tried to capture its essence, whether as an oil painting of the seasons, botanicals or animals.

In the last 9 years, she has enjoyed entering competitions. She has been fortunate enough to have has pieces accepted into competitions which then are displayed in very prestigious galleries throughout the United States from Carmel CA to the Salgamundi Club in NYC.
