Sandy Jones is a jewelry artisan who works with precious and semi-precious stones, various types of pearls, sterling silver and 14K gold filled wire. Her work has been described as “bohemian chic” – feminine, colorful, and intricate. For her, jewelry is about showcasing the beauty of the stones and pearls.

 Sandy has been a working jewelry artisan for more than 15 years. She spent her working life in the beauty industry, overseeing design for product development and packaging for fragrances and cosmetics. During a trend-spotting excursion in NYC, she stumbled on the bead importer district and was intrigued by the sparkle, color and variety of stones. She is largely self-taught and is grateful for the jewelry artists she encountered who were so generous in sharing their skills with her. 

“I’m inspired every day by the beauty here in SW Florida,” she said. She has worked with many galleries around SW Florida, including the Naples Ritz Carlton, the Naples Art Museum, Two Islands Galley in Captiva, Craftsman House in St. Petersburg, and of course, Harbour View Gallery in Cape Coral.
